Results Of The Favorite Lockhart Poll

I added an Opinion Stage poll to this post where I talked about two characters from two different series who happen to share the same last name. The surname in question is "Lockhart" and the characters are Tifa Lockhart from the Final Fantasy series and Gilderoy Lockhart from the Harry Potter series.

Final Fantasy is a series of fantasy and science fiction role-playing video games created by Hironobu Sakaguchi and developed by Square Enix. Tifa Lockhart (#ad) was first introduced in Final Fantasy VII. The FFVII game is available on the following platforms: PlayStation, Microsoft Windows, iOS, PlayStation 4, and Android.

Tifa is the childhood friend of Cloud Strife, the protagonist of FFVII. She is also the owner of a bar known as 7th Heaven. Tifa is kind and caring, not to mention a very capable and powerful fighter whose main weapon is in the form of gloves.

Harry Potter is a 7-book adventure, action and fantasy series written by J.K. Rowling. It was also made into an 8-part film by Warner Brothers Pictures. Gilderoy Lockhart (#ad) was first introduced in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, book 2 of the HP series. He was the Defense Against The Dark Arts professor in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Thanks to his good looks and his numerous achievements, which included writing a lot of books and defeating all sorts of magical creatures, he had a lot of fans. However, his teaching skills were less than impressive. Near the end of book 2, it was revealed that he was nothing more than a liar who was only really good at obliviating or erasing people's memories. He would erase the memories of those who'd accomplished impressive things and then claim to be the one who'd done said things.

Anyway, for reasons that I'll talk about in another post on another one of my blogs, I decided to delete the Opinion Stage poll and replace it with one from SurveyMonkey. The poll in question was created on 05 Nov 2014.
